Excellent location near the beach, restaurants, and attractions. Staff consistently friendly and helpful especially Helen and Bobby. Delicious breakfast buffet
Fairly decent hotel especially with the 24/7, other than the view and the bedding. Great dining experience and many other things for entertainment. I’d recommend this hotel
We had an amazing stay in Golden Lotus Luxury. The staff there were really accommodating and nice, especially Bobby! Will definitely come back!
We stayed here for 3 nights and loved our stay. The staff were very helpful and welcoming especially when organising transport to the Ba Na Hills and Hoi An. Bobby was very kind and funny. The food was amazing and afternoon tea by the pool was a nice touch. The cafe van out the front made high quality drinks. The location is perfect being near the beach, shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend.
We had a great stay here, the hotel is in a great location, clean towels and robes and toiletries are provided!! Staff are very polite and friendly, our stay included breakfast which was good with lots of variety including omelettes made to order!! Afternoon tea is offered 2.30-4.30 I think it is. The swimming pool was a favourite with the kids!! A rooftop pool, open till 10pm allowing you to be out for the day and come back to end the day in the pool!!
The Golden lotus luxury hotel is a very convenient, accessible and they have a very accomadating and friendly staff esp Ms. Helen and Mr. Bobby.. The room is clean and neat. The food is great and a lot of menu to choose from . I highly recommend this hotel for my family and friends.. Thank you so much for the wonderful experienced.. surely we will back again..

Good stay eveeything was perfect , its very near to beach, lots of option for food are nearby and we enjoyed a lot , i will recommend this
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It is a lovely hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in a central location. It has a beautiful atmosphere, the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about local culture. Ryan the office manager is very friendly and attentive to customers experience in the hotel. The food is plentiful with cuisine to suit all nationalities. A added benefit is that the hotel includes afternoon tea in the rooftop lounge The hotel is very clean and the rooms spacious. We were lucky to have a sea view but unfortunately because a hotel is being built in front, the sea views will be no more once that is finished. I had a golden lotus luxury spa massage during my stay and it was amazing! We used the hotel transport for excursions for convenience which were also excellent and reasonably priced. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Da Nang.
Everything be fine and staff be nice (Cara), you can enjoy the different kind of service, such as free breakfast and tea, it is excellent
