We moved here by travel agent due to flooding in HoiAn. Hotel location, cleanliness, breakfast, staff and facilities were good. Bathroom no counter space. Install some wall shelves will help.
The hotel is good and staff is helpful.Lena and Rora help me settle lot of problem. I would visit again next time.
Very good stay, clean rooms and always available staffs. coffee and food were quite excellent. Lena and Rora at the front desk were very helpful and accommodative with our request. Lena also helped to print our air tickets.
Khách sạn tốt, chuyên nghiệp. Lễ Tân nhiệt tình, thân thiện ( đặc biệt là Thoa và Quyền).Ăn sáng ngon da dạng, phòng ốc sạch sẽ được dọn phòng mỗi ngày. Mình sẽ quay lại vào lần tới
環境整潔 床不錯，有支撐性 但吹風機是壁掛式的，多人同房時不太方便。 感謝Bobby和Helen友善的問候

I took a long time reviewing which hotel to pick. I thought as it said luxury hotel on hotels.com website and 4 1/2 star, it would be that. The pictures are correct, however they look a lot fresher than in real life. Everything was clean, but some of the towels threads were all wearing, which i havent seen like this even in cheaper hotels. They only supplied shampoo and body wash, no condtioner and unusual being a 4 star hotel. We didnt get hand towels for a few days and upon asking they said they didnt have any available. The lounges, there were 4, one was broke and wouldnt sit upright. The breakfast was varied and nice, but not excellent and the toaster was broken and didnt get replaced until 3rd day but i dont know how long it had been like that. The girls were lovely at reception even helping with first aid after i had a fall. Manager was lovely too. Location was great, plenty of restaurants and near beach. Overall a nice stay but hotels.com has listed as 4 1/2 and when i got there you had 4 star behind reception and i wouldnt say it was luxury, just a nice hotel

My stay at Golden Touus Luxury Hotel was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with outstanding service from the moment I arrived. Amy and Helen at the reception were especially impressive both were polite, friendly, and always helpful. Their warm and professional service made my stay even more enjoyable
I’ve had a pleasant experience especially with Bobby and Amy, the buffet was amazing!! The view was nice and it was just a shame with the weather being a bit windy, close to the cyclone Kaelmagie.
