Very good, the foods and coffee is very delicious. Staffs are very kind. Reception is very nice. Good for many tourist. The ambiance is nice and room is very clean. Many near establishments like coffee shops ans restaurants. Near beach so guest will enjoy the stay.
Best Four Star Hotel. Complete Amenities and friendly staff. I love the food om the breakfast buffet. Lots of options. Nice location. 2mins walk from the beach. Lots of market, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. Thank yoyu and will visit again.

Just a block off the beach, and a close walk or short ride to everywhere else in the city, this hotel is almost perfect. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are clean, and evwyone was very attentive. We stayed for 3 nights and then returned for 2 more nights, and we will stay again on our next trip to Da Nang.
This hotel is conveniently located near the sea, restaurants, and shopping. The rooftop pool has an excellent view of both the sea and the city. Our reservation included the breakfast which was amazing and tea service daily from 2:00 -4:00 on the rooftop. Ryan and his staff are very friendly and super accommodating. The housekeeping staff is excellent! We booked a room that did not have a view but it did have a large soaking tub in addition to a separate shower and a good soak was a great way to end the day. Our plane arrived way before check in time so we stored our luggage and booked services in the spa while we waited. Very nice. There is more than one Golden Lotus so make sure you book the one with “Luxury” in the name. The group ahead of us thought they were booked at this one and they were not. This stay was a great value for us. Would definitely return.
The frontdesk(bobby)is funny and accomdating. F&B Manager Anh is very much kind helpful and accomdoating to us,customers, from the philippines. Tronie is also helpful to us up to the last day of our stay in this hotel. Ryan also helped us .all in all the hotel is highy recommended. The place is accessible .
I felt at home. Thats one of the most important thing when you are traveling abroad. Apart from all the general luxurious amenities the hotel has to offer,the biggest asset were the warmhearted fun people working here. I stayed almost a full month here and im actually sad to leave the staff behind. Starting from the fun warmhearted of Bobby & Helen at the reception,and Anh at the Restaurant,who always made my day start with a smile up to all staff members and kitchen personal ,all have been exceptional! Ryan Front Manager did an amazing job too. Salomon & Can Guong in the Restaurant and many more...i was in 1506,great view. Rooftop pool n bar breathtaking,food quality superbe,chefs very friendly too. Excellent service Training. Wifi good and stable. Cleaning standardly okay. Thank you so much for letting me feel at home🙏🥰😎
직원들도 친절하시고 조식도 맛있고 너무 좋네요 부모님 모시고 4인실 2베드 이용했는데 가격도 저렴하고 시설도 깔끔하고 좋습니다.
Was a very nice hotel and stuff were very helpful. Our room was nice and big and we had the balcony view on level 11. You could watch the sunset and sunrise. Very nice pool on the roof, the buffet breakfast was my highlight. Had many different types of food. Thank you and we will definitely come back and stay at the Golden lotus luxury
