Everything to start was an excellent experience for myself and my partner. The welcome party and assistance upon our arrival was extremely helpful. Transitioning to our room was done in ease and the room was clean and ready upon arrival. Breakfast every morning was with excellent choices and with healthy consideration. Overall, the staff went above and beyond to take our stay, enjoyable and relaxing. Cudos to Ryan for running a warm and hard-working team.
i stayed a week and i couldn’t have been happier. the room was perfect and exactly as advertised. but what really stood out to me was the customer service. every interaction i had with the staff from the front desk to the wait staff everyone was very friendly and helpful. i would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to da nang. it’s a block from the beach and has everything you need in easy walking distance. great food and great people. 100%.
This was our best place to be with family in Vietnam.We stayed there for 3 days. It's Location is awesome with restaurants and beach in vicinity. There are many vegetarian restaurants and spa also in nearby walking distance from hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean tidy. Staff was so polite & hospitable especially Mr. Bobby who was such a charming person. Highly recommended for all especially Indians coming to Vietnam. It was a home away from 🏠. 10 on 10 ratings.
