All the staff were so helpful, they always smile. The breakfast is really great. Helen Hoang is very accomodating, she has been a really helpful to us.
A boutique hotel very close to the beach, very nice staff, accommodating, specially Bobby of Danang , weather is nice. Close to all amenities, restaurants, stores. You have to bring an adaptor for your small electronics.

Me and my wife had 6 days at Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel. Overall our experience was great. The hotel was perfectly located with a walking distance to the beach of 2-3 minutes. The room was nice and tidy. Especially the tv was up to date and had applications such as Netflix etc. (we love to watch a good movie in the evening after a long day of exploring) We had the nicest welcoming with a decoration on our bed as we were there in connection with our honeymoon, really thoughtful. The reason why I cannot give it five stars (I would give it 4.5 if possible) is that the room is not very noise proof. You could here the family’s loudly in the neighbour rooms and some noise from the ongoing construction nearby (not theirs fault as it is what it is) The breakfast was okay but not more than that. The staff was really sweet and helpful with booking our trip to Ba Nah Hills which I recommend people to go to when in Da Nang. Overall a nice hotel with the necessities that you expect of a 4 star hotel. The pool was also nice and the view from the roof top was great. We did not try the restaurant why we cannot comment on that. All the best, G&A
