Our stay at the hotel has been lovely since day 1. With special mentions for: Ms Helen who welcomed us on check in and left a lasting impression with her service. Cheers to her efforts in learning new languages for career improvement and self interest! Ms Amy is really personable and such a gem. Always ready to provide service with a smile. She is patient in listening and strives to help to the best of her abilities. Making sure all our needs are attended to promptly and to completion. Not forgetting Ms Cara who is always very welcoming and pleasant. F&B, Mr Solomon has a great smile and positive outlook. He has provided excellent service and is responsive at maintaining customer satisfaction in the restaurant! Thank you to the whole team at Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel Da Nang for making our stay a pleasant experience!

We have a perfect stay here. The breadfast was delicious and the room was cleaning. The staff are very friendly and helpful , especially lan quyên quyền
Our family stayed here at the end of October. Throughout our stay, everything was wonderful, from the breakfast restaurant to the pool on the 16th floor. The restaurant staff were very enthusiastic and friendly, especially Joly. However, at the reception desk, a male staff member named Poppy kept bothering us, trying to convince us to exchange foreign currency and saying, "If you don't accept the exchange rate here, you won't be able to exchange it elsewhere and will be charged a fee." On the second day, we wanted to go to Ba Na Hills, but for some reason, he kept trying to convince us to buy Ba Na Hills tickets at the counter, but he refused to accept card payments and insisted on only accepting cash. Meanwhile, we could pay for the car rental at the hotel by card. Our family was on vacation and didn't expect such poor service, which made my parents very angry and dissatisfied with the male staff member at the reception desk.
The staff here very nice and helpful mention Helen, Bobby, Cara in reception and good driver he know a bit English Breakfast is good, room was clean. We will stay here again if comeback Da Nang
J’ai passé un très agréable séjour le personnel est très sympathique et serviable j’y ai passé trois semaines agréable, le petit déjeuner notamment est généreux et varié, le service de chambre impeccable, l’accueil toujours chaleureux je remercie beaucoup pour ce séjour et recommande chaleureusement Lotus Luxury Hôtel pour tous visiteurs qui souhaitent visiter le Vietnam et plus particulièrement D’à Nang et j’y retournerai un de ces jours futur
수영장이 크진 않지만 관리가 잘 되어있어요. 전망도 건물에 살짝 가리지만 바다뷰가 조금 있구요. 룸컨디션도 깔끔, 먼지하나 없고 침대도 편안했습니다. 다만 룸에서는 안나지만 복도에서 습한 냄새가 조금 났던 것은 아쉬웠어요. 직원들은 한분도 빠짐없이 친절하셨습니다^^
Hotel was very clean, pool and spa were great. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful in planning my day trip to Ba Na Hills and renting a scooter for a trip to Hoi An. Checking in and checking out was fast and easy. I will definitely be coming back in the future!
The hotel experience was really amazing. We stayed here for 2 days and we really liked the location as it is very practical to visit nearby beach and stores. Mr Bobby at the reception was really lovely host, he attended us and made sure our stay was amazing from check in to check out.
