호텔에 묶는 내내 helen & hai 직원 핀절하였습니다반갑게 인사해 주었고, 체크아웃후 캐리어 보관도 완벽하게 해주었습니다 이번 다낭여행기간 내내 즐거웠습니다
Very polite staff and good rooms , the rooms are clean along with services , the receptionist were very sweet and rooms were spacious , the view of the city was also very nice . Would recommend if you’re visiting the city . The breakfast was also very nice with good variety of foods
Everything was perfect - from the room to the location and the breakfast - nothing we could possibly complain about. Bobby and Oliver ensured that everything was taken care of, they even helped us out on our trip through the other parts of beautiful Vietnam.
We had a great 3 day stay at the Golden Lotus. It was an excellent breakfast and the hotel has great facilities. Employees were lovely, friendly and attentive and went out of their way to make our stay straightforward (special mentions to Mercy, Oliver, Hai and Bobby!)
Excellent service n cooperative staff members , beautiful location n hotel ambiance , Bobby is very much helpful for us. Highly recommended this hotel because they are all helpful, friendly and good hospitality I will stay again when I come here.
The rooms were so luxurious and clean. Staff very friendly and polite. Cooperative staff with good manners and etiquette’s. Bobby is very friendly and lovely person. Micheal ,Jenny , van , Lisa are also very nice people. Highly recommend this hotel
All the staff and Mrs.Bobby, Jenny, Tiger, lisa, Michal, Van, Ngan all peoples are very cooperative. We like the property and would love to come again at this property. The ambiance & hospitality are also good. Highly recommend this hotel.
Overall a very good experience, especially we indians are very fond of food and the chef Micheal, Tiger and van a very good chef, they made all our food soo nice and treated very nicely and the hospitality of Bobby is exceptionally very well and also of Jenny, Lisa and Ngan also did it veryy gooooooodd. And rooms are also veryy nice. Recommend to many friends and family.
The staff is extremely cooperative, friendly and so polite. We are very happy to stay with them and really enjoyed all the services provided. The food was made as per our demands. Bobby became our friend and treated us like a family. He is such a lovely person. We are so happy to be with Bobby. Along with bobby we are happy to be with Micheal, Tiger, Lisa, Van and Jenny. But honestly, Bobby is such a lovely person. We highly recommend this hotel.
The location was perfect for the beach. The staff helped us with recommendations as well. The staff was very attentive to our needs, especially Mercy, who helped us for most of our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.
