Honestly had the best time! Such amazing staff, especially Bobby!! He was super kind and chatty! The breakfast buffet and room service was great, such amazing food, couldn’t fault it! The rooftop was lovely with great cocktails! Super nice big room and cleaned daily upon request by simply pressing a button! Had Netflix on the tv which was a bonus! Overall 10/10
숙소비가 비싸지 않음에도 불구하고 헬스장 수영장 숙소 조식 무엇하나 빠지지 않았습니다. 직원들도 좋았고 특히 bobby란 직원이 택시 잡을때 도와주어서 감사하다는 말씀을 드리고 싶습니다.
친절한 직원(Bobby)과 해변과 상당히 가까운 위치 좋은 룸 컨디션이 정말 마음에 들었습니다 :) 다낭에 오시는 분들은 추천 드립니다
너무 좋은 호텔이라 작년에 이어 두번째 방문이에요 시설도 깔끔하고 직원들도 친절해요 특히 mercy직원이 매우 친절하고 이쁘십니다ㅎㅎ
遅くに到着したのに親切に対応してくれて、部屋のグレードもアップしてくれました。とても快適に3泊を過ごせました！ 日本語がお話しできるグエンさんと最終日にしかお会いできなくて、とても残念でした。 とても良いホテルです！
4日間滞在しました。 台風20の影響で雨続きでしたが、 ホテルも綺麗で朝食も美味しく、 特にグエンさんは、 朝食時に、わざわざ挨拶しにきてくれて 何か困ったことあればフロントにいてるので、きてください🎶と、気さくな方でとても良い方でした。 次回は、到着時にグエンさんに色々聞きたいと思います！ ありがとうございました^_^
I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The staffs, Bobby and Oliver, has extended great services during our stay. The room is clean and the breakfast is good. It is near the airport and the beach. A lot of restaurants nearby as well. We definitely back to this hotel if we come back to Danang.
We stayed here for three nights. Would definitely recommend the sea view room. Breakfast was amazing. Such a wide range of food. Ordered pizza to room It was delicious. Staff very friendly and courteous. Excellent location. Near the beach and restaurants. We loved our time here. Just a little confusion as there are three Lotus Hotels in this area!

It was a great start by allowing us to have a early check in. Staff at reception and luggage helpers has been friendly. The breakfast spread is good and that itself an experience. Locality is great and easily access to beach, food and activities.
